Gift Cards

Yes! When you purchase a gift card, you will receive a separate gift card having the value equal to 10% of your purchase. This card can be used for your own benefit or can be assigned to another person or entity of your choice. You can also choose to donate this card to someone or entity in need.

Gift cards can be purchased for any amount between $1 minimum and $2000 maximum. If you wish to purchase amounts outside of these amounts, please connect with Ashley first.

Gift cards can be purchased in any amount. That being said, it truly depends on what the goal is. Is the gift card being purchased to be used for products, as a partial payment, a complete session or package, or will it be used for a large project?  $100 is enough to cover any one of the several different services offered, a customized 1-hour session, 50 minutes of by-the-minute option, or plenty of products.

If you are unsure of a reasonable amount to match the desired goal, please contact Ashley prior to purchase and she will be more than happy to advise.

Yes, there is a transaction fee of 30 cents plus 2.25%.

Yes. If you wish to purchase a gift card for someone, but wish to keep your name a secret, leave the "from" information blank. If you have any questions or concerns,, please contact Ashley prior to placing your order.

No. All products and services are provided confidentially regardless of the purchaser.

Any product, service, or package found on this website. New products and services are being added every day. If you are interested in a product or service not listed on this site, please contact Ashley directly prior to making your gift card purchase.

Yes. Gift card balances expire 6 months from the date they were purchased. This date can be found on the email containing the gift card.

An unused balances on an expired gift card will be used to help someone in need that would not otherwise be able to purchase safety and security related products and services.

No. All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash by the purchase, nor the recipient

Yes. In the email you received containing your gift card, you will see a link where you can check your balance.

Gift cards are allowed to be redeemed by those that are 18 years of age or older. If younger than 18, parents or legal guardian must consent. Ask Ashley reserves the right to discontinue services to someone under the age of 18 at anytime for any reason. The gift card balance will be transferred to the purchaser for their use or the option to reissue it to a different party.

Any person in possession of your gift card code. You are advised not to share it with anyone outside of Ask Ashley.

At this time, If the gift card is lost or stolen and you need the number in order to redeem the card, please contact Ashley. Please remember, anyone having the code is able to use the gift card balance. If the card balance is completely used, then it is gone for good. That being said, Ashley is currently researching ways to be able to reissue cards and make the lost or stolen card invalid. Updates will be posted here.

You will be asked for your name and email address. You will be asked two optional questions. These are: What's on your mind? and How do you hope this gift card is used. This is valuable information, but not required.

For services provided, recipients will be asked for a name and google email address. If this is not possibly, no worries. Please contact Ashley prior to purchase to create a work around. For products, recipients will need to provide name, email, and shipping address. All information is kept confidential.

Yes. If there are any technology issues preventing this, please contact Ashley.

Yes. If a recipient of a gift card is requesting a service that can be reasonably construed as unethical, immoral, or illegal, then Ask Ashley reserves the right to refuse the requested service. The recipient will have an opportunity to make a different request. If the request for service does not violate the above list, then all is good. If the request does violate the above list, the recipient will be banned from services and the gift card balance will be transferred to the original purchaser. They will have the option of using it or transferring it to another party.
