I am currently researching and negotiating with manufacturers directly to purchase products prior to them being branded. These generic products are the same products already sold to and branded by large corporations. Adding their name to something does not change the effectiveness of the product. It makes consumers feel better because theoretically, someone has done the research and stands behind their choices.
What this means to clients is that prices will continue to decrease until all safety and security products are priced as low as possible.
Using a tourniquet for example: CAT Gen7 tourniquets cost around $30 to $35. A replica can be old at the price of $5 and still allow for a small profit.

We have fire extinguishers, hand-sanitizer, and AEDs everywhere. Where are the tourniquets?
Education - Most people I meet have never seen a tourniquet and don't know how to use one. People have bled out due to active-violent situations and a simple tourniquet could have saved their life.
Cost - There is a single manufacture with the CAT patent and they use a sole distributor in the US. This distributor states they have a government contract agreeing not to sell to citizens for less than the government. This means if purchased at large quantities, a sub-distributor can purchase them for about $20. This price still makes it unaffordable to most.
There are counterfeits for less money, but illegal to sell and for good reason. There are replicas that can be purchased for $1.75. I find it hard to accept this highly-regarded tourniquet is THE only solution and plan to do something about it.

Mission Safety 360+ is looking for adults interested in learning how to be safer at home, work, and play. You must be at least 18 years of age to attend this session as some the topics covered can be a bit heavy. Being appropriately unfiltered is encouraged.
In addition to making a profit from my coaching, consulting and training business, I wish to positively contribute to our community and country. This means providing reduced-price and/or free education and selling the best self-defense products at the lowest prices possible. Offering this free class is one of my ways to contribute to Mission Safety 360+.
When: 6:30 pm - Every Tuesday
How much will this cost?
- 1 hour of your time
- No monetary cost, registration is free
- You will not be pressured to buy any products or future services. Both are available and if you wish to be curious, I am here to help.
- You will be asked to write a review about your experience and for permission to publish your review with your name formatted the way you wish: anonymous, first name only, etc.
- Zoom and Miro are both free apps. You do not need to sign up for a Miro account to participate. You are able to use it as a guest.
